Cancellation Policy
Policy on Deposits, Cancellations, and No-Shows
• All deposits are non-refundable and serve as a booking fee to secure your appointment.
• If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, your deposit can be applied to your rescheduled appointment. However, the deposit will not be refunded, any cancellation after 24 hrs will result in a 50% canceling fee.
• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• If the card on file fails to process the payment, the balance must be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
